Treatment of the bottomhole zone with jet pumps

Our pumps have improved hydraulic characteristics that do not allow it to work in cavitation mode. Its design features make it possible to effectively use it when working in wells with abnormally low reservoir pressure and increased absorption capacity, as well as when working with heavy (viscous) oils.

Features of the jet pump

  • The presence of an automatic regulator of flow characteristics;
  • The optimal number of inserts.

Pulse-wave action using a jet pump is carried out by creating an (almost instantaneous) change in pressure at the bottom of the well, which allows you to influence the layers with variable or alternating pressures (alternating depressions and repressions) - cyclic depressions. Cyclic depressions are created by: periodically changing the pressure of the working fluid at the inlet to the jet pump, periodically stopping the pumping unit.

The composition of the equipment, the piping scheme of ground and underground equipment, the sequence of work on the technology of pulsed wave action using a jet pump are carried out in accordance with SOU 11.1-00135390-042:2007 zone of oil, gas condensate, gas and injection wells by pulse-wave action.

The operating modes of the jet pump, the program for controlling its operation are selected and formed by specialized software.

The duration of treatment of a jet pump is determined by an express method for assessing the current state of the BFZ filtration parameters.

The process of treatment with a jet pump is fixed by a downhole autonomous pressure gauge - a thermometer or the whole range of standard small-sized logging instruments.
