Treatment with SOFIR foaming agent

Foaming agent "SOFIR" - a foaming agent with increased foaming ability in the presence of hardness salts and hydrocarbons, also has demulsifying and detergent properties - is triethanolamine salts of sulfoesters of primary fatty alcohols fractions C8-C10. Designed to intensify oil and gas production.

Technical parameters of the surfactant "SOFIR" allow it to be used for foaming water-gas-condensate solutions with salinity up to 300 g/l, with a condensate content of up to 50% at temperatures up to 100 °C.

Application

The SOFIR" foaming agent is recommended for use in the following technological processes:

1 Elevation of oil well production.
2 Removal of liquid from gas condensate wells.
3 Perforation of productive formations.
4 Development of wells in fields with low formation pressures.
5 Washing sand plugs.
6 Water inflow restrictions.
7 Cleaning gas pipelines from condensate and paraffin deposits.
8 Acid treatment.
9 Well killing.

Characteristics and modifications

surfactant "SOFIR" is available in two modifications: "SOFIR-M" (liquid) and "SOFIR -SF" (solid).
