Wellhead pulse generator
Pulse-wave action using a wellhead pulse generator is carried out by creating cycles of pressure changes at the bottom of the well according to a given algorithm, which makes it possible to influence the formations with variable or alternating pressures (alternating depressions and repressions) - cyclic depressions. The operating modes of the GMU are determined for each specific well, taking into account the mining and geological conditions, and its operation is controlled using specialized software.
This technology is protected by patents of Ukraine, Russia, is implemented and used at the oil and gas complex of Ukraine. (The procedure for carrying out work is regulated by the organization's standards SOU 11.1-00135390-042:2007 "Technology for influencing the bottomhole zone of oil, gas condensate, gas and injection wells by pulse-wave action", approved and put into effect on 01.09.2007 in JSC "Ukrnafta" .
The equipment used in the technology is mass-produced in accordance with the specifications TU U 29.5 - 30785395 - 024: 2007 "Wellhead pulse generator".
Features of work performance
- Prediction and justification of the expected processing result.
- The work is performed without the involvement of a well workover team (for injection wells).
- Compatible with all fluids.
- Prompt mobilization and minimum turnaround time (during the work shift).
- Controllability of the process, to exclude the possibility of damage to the well structure and ensure environmental safety.
- Continuous monitoring of changes in the filtration properties of the bottomhole zone of the well during the treatment.
- Evaluation of the technological effectiveness of the impact of TRS before and after the impact.
- Approbation of the technology for various types of wells and geological and technological conditions.
- The ability to control processes during the chemical treatment of the well.
- Working with horizontal multilateral wells
