Processing with "EMIR" composite

Composite "Emir" - a complex reagent for resuming the operation of gas and oil wells, the bottomhole zone of which is clogged:

  • drilling mud filtrate (BR) and formation or process water;
  • condensate and accompanying paraffins (gas reservoir) and tar-asphalten-paraffin components (oil reservoir);
  • swelling of clay formations and BR residues.

Composite "Emir" has a set of properties that can reduce the swelling of clay minerals, and thus increase the porosity and permeability of the bottomhole zone.

Properties

1. The mineral component reduces the swelling of clay minerals.

2. A mixture of surfactants effectively emulsifies condensate and reservoir (technical) water to a homogeneous emulsion;

3. It has a high foaming ability, both in the presence of highly mineralized waters (200 g/l), and in the presence of liquid petroleum products and mineral acids.

Application

Given the rapid cleanup of the formation using the Emir composite, it is advisable to use it as a “bathroom” for flooded or clogged formations in order to restore their work. The action of the composite on the reservoir improves the porosity and permeability parameters (PEP) of the bottomhole zone and causes rapid reverse filtration of water from the bottomhole zone into the wellbore.

Since the rate of water inflow from the depth of the reservoir is much lower than the rate of movement of the latter in the near zone to the wellbore, the reservoir pressure in the bottomhole zone is significantly reduced due to its slow replenishment from the depth of the reservoir. A decrease in water pressure in the bottomhole zone leads to the fact that gas, which has a higher reservoir pressure, squeezes water out of the flooded part, partially restoring the initial position of the GWC, which improves well performance.

After cleaning the formation with the Emir composite, water and solid residues of colants are carried out in the form of a gas-foam system to the day surface without significant effort, which leads to improved well performance and an increase in gas production.
