Treatment with KARPATOL solution

Solution "KARPATOL" - a surfactant designed to stimulate oil production and desorption of hydrocarbons from contaminated objects during environmental cleanup.

Destination

  • For efficient drilling.
  • For maximum release of hydrocarbons and heavy oils.
  • Cleaning up oil-contaminated soils (oil slicks, accidental spills, etc.).
  • Deep cleaning of sludge pits and bottom sediments of oil products.
  • Cleaning oil tanks.
  • Utilization and neutralization of oil residues.

Stages of work

1. Selection of wells for work based on the analysis of geological and field materials.

2. Selection of recipes in the laboratory and preparation of the liquid.

3. Technology design for each individual well.

4. Carrying out work on the well with constant monitoring of technological parameters and their adjustment depending on the course of the process without stopping injection.

Materials

"KARPATOL" - surfactants obtained by processing waste from the fat and petrochemical industries, pyrolysis products, as well as their compositions with biosurfactants obtained by microbiological methods.

The main product properties are:

  • high rates of wetting, emulsification, lubrication;
  • corrosion inhibition;
  • changing the hydrophobic-hydrophilic properties of surfaces;
  • possibility of application for the formation of microemulsions and effective micellization;
  • Effective Performance Critical Micellization Concentration
  • high detergent activity.

Usage

Intensification of oil production

  • Injection of KARPATOL aqueous solutions of various grades depending on the composition of formation water (cleaning of the bottomhole zone, displacement of residual oil, destruction of the water-oil emulsion).
  • Sequential injection of a surfactant solution capable of dissolving ARPD and an aqueous solution of "KARPATOL" (cleaning the BHP from hydrocarbon deposits).
  • Successive thermochemical treatment and injection of an aqueous solution of KARPATOL (cleaning the BHP from hydrocarbon deposits).

Selective impact on a formation with heterogeneous permeability

  • Successive injection of micellar and temporary blocking solutions (with low water cut).
  • Sequential injection of micellar and isolation solutions (for high water cut products).

Hydraulic fracturing

  • Injection before the fracturing fluid to improve the completion of the well after hydraulic fracturing.

Acid Influence

  • Successive injection of micellar and acidic solutions in combination with buffer solutions of various compositions.
  • With some refinement, injection of a mixture of micellar and acid solutions.

Oil Recovery

  • Micellar polymer flooding

Well killing

  • With a certain refinement, the use of stabilized solutions of KARPATOL and formation water.

Hydroperforation

  • Aqueous solution "KARPATOL" is used as carrier fluid.

Benefits

  • Significant reduction in interfacial tension at the interface of an aqueous solution of surfactant - hydrocarbon (oil, condensate, kerosene).
  • Improve the residual oil displacement efficiency.
  • Breakdown of water-oil emulsions.
  • Improving the penetration ability of surfactant solutions into heterogeneous and hydrophobic formations.
  • Influence on the rheology of high-viscosity oils.
  • Improve well completion process after stimulation.
  • Fast well development and no negative impact of residual products on oil.
  • Wide t° range for use in field conditions.
  • The possibility of developing hydrophobic reservoirs of oil wells.
